Retrieve password

  Select the site to which the account belongs on the login page, then click the [Forgot Password] button, and follow the prompts and content to reset the password.

Operation steps

① Open the HWOO Energy Management Platform.

② Click the [Forgot Password] button on the page.

③ Enter your account and click [OK].

④ After entering the email address used for registration, as well as the received verification code and new password information, click the [OK] button.
